ACCORD LEASE, INC. leases trucks, vans and work vehicles to businesses across Elgin, the Fox Valley and the wider Chicago area. You get the vehicles your operation runs on — without tying up the cash you need for everything else.
Who we are
ACCORD LEASE, INC. is a commercial vehicle leasing company based on Raymond Street in Elgin, Illinois. We lease trucks, vans and work vehicles to contractors, distributors, service companies and trades businesses throughout the Fox Valley and the Chicago area.
For most small and mid-sized operations, buying vehicles outright is the least efficient thing they can do with their money. A truck bought with cash is capital sitting in a depreciating asset — money that could have been inventory, payroll or the next contract.
Leasing changes that arithmetic. You get the vehicle when you need it, on a payment you can plan around, and when the vehicle has done its useful work you hand it back rather than trying to sell it. That is the whole proposition, and for a working fleet it is usually the right one.
A truck should earn its keep — not sit on your balance sheet losing value.

A fixed monthly figure you can budget against
Cycle vehicles out before they become a liability
One person who knows your fleet, not a queue
What we lease
From a single van for a growing trade business to a full replacement cycle across a working fleet.
Delivery and distribution vehicles for businesses moving goods on a daily route — sized to the load rather than to what happened to be available.
The backbone of any service or trade operation — plumbers, electricians, HVAC and contractors who need their workshop with them.
Crew and job-site vehicles, including flatbed and utility body configurations for construction and field service work.
Temperature-controlled vehicles for food distribution, catering and any operation where the cargo can't wait or warm up.
Shuttles and crew transport for companies that move people as well as materials — sized for the team, not the showroom.
Multiple vehicles on a staggered replacement schedule, so the whole fleet never ages out — or comes due — at the same time.
Beyond the keys
Handing over a vehicle is the easy part. What determines whether leasing actually works for a business is everything that happens over the following years — and that is where a local lessor earns its place.
We structure terms around how your vehicles are genuinely used, not around a standard template that fits nobody in particular.
Mileage and duration matched to how the vehicle actually works
So your whole fleet never comes due in the same quarter
You know what condition standards apply from day one
Adding or reducing vehicles as the workload changes
How it works
What the vehicle has to do, how far it runs, and when you need it working.
We match the right vehicle and build lease terms around your actual usage.
Payment, term, mileage and end-of-term conditions explained before you sign.
You take delivery — and keep one contact here for the life of the lease.
Client feedback
We had three vans coming due within two months of each other, which would have been a brutal quarter. They restructured the replacement schedule so it staggers now. That one conversation saved us more headache than anything else we did that year.
I was ready to buy a box truck outright and they walked me through what that money would actually be doing for the next five years. I leased instead and used the difference to hire. Straightforward advice from someone who could have just sold me a purchase.
Our mileage is far higher than a typical office fleet, and previous lessors wrote terms that never fit. Here the term was built around how we really run. No surprise charges at the end, which after our last experience was a genuine relief.
